On the commercial and litigation front, SLP had been engaged in claims in the State Courts, High Courts, and the Court of Appeal, involving commercial or corporate disputes, breaches of directors’ duties, shareholders’ disputes involving minority oppression, cross-border claims involving breach of joint-venture agreements and other claims.
